Peter actually started his career in technology in the litigation support arena working for Sargoy, Stein & Hanft located at 105 Maidson Avenue in New York City and later at Herzfeld & Rubin P.C. located at 40 Wall Street in New York City in the mid to late eighties. His early experience was in providing support in Anti-Trust Litigation for the Motion Picture Industry. The damage periods for these cases spanned over 20 years making the data that needed to be crunched and analyzed significant for that point in time. He participated in all phases of litigation support and trial preparation. Later at Herzfeld & Rubin, he was the primary litigation support person for automotive product liability claims, developing systems that were used world wide for complex case management, analysis, document management, document review, as well as managing information technology for the firm. All of this early experience became of more value as he addressed compliance related concerns within the financial services community and later as he went on to develop enterprise software for addressing eDiscovery needs in today's market place.
Peter's significant experience in these areas allows him to advise both end customers and commercial software and services companies in this field with respect to their product offerings, positioning and market direction.
