Peter has significant experience in M&A activity from both buy and sell side as well as integrating organizations post acquisition. His early experience started in the banking arena when he was chartered with integrating large IT divisions within Chemical Bank and Manufacturers Hanover Trust in NYC, during the early 90's. Later at First Union National Bank in Charlotte, NC he managed technology transfers and acquisitions for some of the largest banking mergers in history.
